GENERAL INFORMATION
K.K.I.N.S.O. Regional Conferences are held in the East region of the United States
when the organization is in the period of a non-convention year. The region
includes CT, MA, MD, DE, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, DC, VA, WV. The East Region
Conference Committee consists of appointed members who act to establish and
implement policies as needed.
The Regional Conference involves all members of the bond coming together to
unite in a weekend of service, fellowship and empowerment. During the Regional
Conference, chapters unite to discuss traditions and protocol that support and
enhance the regional states’ value of our organization. This year’s conference will
include a series of meetings, a community service project, new member induction
ceremony, fellowship opportunities and voting for the location of the next Regional
Conference.
Chapter delegates must be registered by February 1st, 2025 to avoid incurring
sanctions.
CONFERENCE DATES
The conference will be held from Friday, April 11th, 2025 to Sunday, April 13th, 2025.
CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference will be held in the Poconos Area at East Stroudsburg, PA - East
Stroudsburg University.
East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania is a public university in East
Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
REGISTRATION
All payments must be made through the East Regional Conference Registration
link. You must complete the registration form and make an initial non-refundable
payment.
GENERAL REGISTRATION - October 1st - February 28th, 2025
■ $100 per person
LATE REGISTRATION - March 1st - March 31st, 2025
■ $130.00 per person
Non-Financial Registration Fee - $80 per person
REFUNDS
No refund will be given. This is a non-refundable event. Requests for refunds will
not be honored for no shows. However, transfer of attendance will be granted if
a written request is made at least 15 days before the event with an additional
$25 transfer fee.
The registration includes Convention Supplies *Members Only*, Registration
Badge/Materials, Gift/Keepsake.
LODGING
Members are planning on staying at an Airbnb for regionals together
Cost of airbnb will be sent directly to East Regional Director Arielle Brown via
Paypal, Applepay , and/or Venmo.
Initial deposit of $100 is due by November 1st to secure a spot and determine the
size of airbnb needed.
